Tampa Parents of Twins and Supertwins

Membership dues are $25 per year ($15 after July 1st), and include memberships to T-POTS, FOMOTC and NOMOTC. T-POTS membership includes T-POTS Big Tent group access, our club newsletter The Multiple Listing and invitations to all club activities. Membership is from January 1 through December 31.

Monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month (except October and December) at 7:00 p.m. at the Florida Hospital Tampa Banquet Room on the far end of the cafeteria. (Florida Hospital is located at 3100 E. Fletcher Avenue).

Prospective members (Future T-POTS) will receive a free one-month trial membership which includes a welcome packet, T-POTS Big Tent group access, our club newsletter The Multiple Listing and invitations to all club activities.

The Multiple Listing, our club newsletter, is posted on our Big Tent group site and e-mailed to all members monthly and to prospective members during their 1-month trial period. In addition, we encourage members to participate in online discussions via our T-POTS Big Tent group, where members ask questions and read about adjusting with multiples, insight to nurturing, product suggestions and tips on how to raise a healthy family.

Events and Parties are held throughout the year for both adults and children. We socialize at least once a month through such events as Mom's Night Out, Dad's Night Out, Mom's Getaway, Summer Picnic, Christmas Party, Bunco and more. We make sure there is something for everyone.

These events are great opportunities for twins and triplets, and higher order multiples to share their uniqueness with others who truly understand them. At the same time, singleton siblings of multiples will meet others facing the similar situation they may face when the attention is directed, not surprisingly, toward the multiples in their families.

Club members cross all social, economic, ethnic, educational and religious boundaries. We have one common denomination and that is that we are all parents or grandparents of multiples. We have one common goal, and that is to help each other.

Tiny Tots Playgroups are organized for our children to get together at a local park, library, home, or other location. It is a time for parents to enjoy a few hours out of the house socializing with other parents of multiples and their children.

Compassionate Kitty This fund allows us to offer membership to families in financial need.  If you know of a prospective member that needs this service or if you are an existing member that needs this service, please don't hesitate to ask the President for consideration.  Your privacy will be honored and kept confidential.

Bereavement We support our parents who have lost a child and would like help in their time of sorrow. T-POTS offers resources through our membership to NOMOTC for the entire family. If you would like to speak with our members for support, please contact our NOMOTC National Representative and we will get you connected with the Bereavement Department of NOMOTC.
